After three decades in the industry, Phill has channelled his extensive experience and expertise into creating a truly exceptional salon experience. He has meticulously designed Dot Hair to be a welcoming, calm, spacious and creative sanctuary where clients can relax and transform.

Phill's work has taken him from the prestigious runways of London Fashion Week to international stages where he has shared his knowledge and techniques with aspiring stylists around the globe. His expertise has been sought after by leading product companies and renowned hairdressing academies, establishing him as a respected educator and innovator in the field.

Throughout his career, Phill has been recognised through numerous prestigious accolades, including honours at the British Hairdressing Awards and Creative Head Awards. These achievements reflect not only his technical skills but also his artistic vision and ability to push the boundaries of contemporary hairdressing.

ARTISITIC DIRECTOR

With over 16 years of industry experience, Bekki Delehedy brings creativity, expertise, and passion to every appointment. As Dot Hair’s Artistic Director and a certified colour specialist, Bekki is known for her ability to craft everything from effortlessly natural looks to bold, transformative makeovers. Her eye for detail and commitment to delivering personalised results ensure every client leaves feeling confident and inspired.

Throughout her dynamic career, Bekki has built an impressive portfolio. She’s a two-time Wella TrendVision finalist, a former member of the GHD Style Squad and Sebastian Cult Team, and is currently a proud member of the prestigious Fellowship FAME Team—an accolade that offers unique opportunities and industry insight few stylists experience.

Driven by a genuine love for her craft, Bekki continually pushes creative boundaries while maintaining a strong connection with her clients. Whether it’s a fresh cut, a colour transformation, or styling for a special occasion, Bekki pours her heart and soul into her work—making her not just a stylist, but a true artist in the salon.

CREATIVE STYLIST

Tomas Mason is a Creative Stylist at Dot Hair Liverpool with over 18 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. Specializing in personalized women’s hair, Tomas focuses on bespoke colouring and cutting, building one-on-one relationships with clients to create tailored hair plans that evolve over time.

Beginning his career with a strong foundation in curly and textured hair, he later expanded his expertise into advanced colouring techniques. Tomas trained at Liverpool Community College and has continued his professional development with Avlon, Goldwell, L’Oréal, Shu Uemura, and Wella—most recently earning titles as a Wella Careologist and Nioxin Niologist. Recognized early in his career with multiple student awards, he has steadily advanced to his current senior role.

Passionate about all things art and colour, Tomas brings creativity and warmth into the salon, offering a safe, inclusive space where clients of all ages and backgrounds can feel heard and inspired.

CREATIVE STYLIST

Danni is a talented hairstylist at DotHair. At 28 years old, she brings over a decade of experience to the industry, having started her journey in hairdressing at just 14. Passionate about her craft, Danni feels incredibly grateful for her loyal and supportive clientele and genuinely enjoys welcoming new clients and being a part of their unique hair journeys.

She is fully qualified in colouring, cutting, and Brazilian blow-dries, and she also specializes in hair extensions, working with tapes, weaves, and individual methods.

Some fun facts about Danni:
- She’s a devoted family person who cherishes time with her husband and daughter.
- Adventurous at heart, she loves outdoor activities and dreams of skydiving one day.
- A huge animal lover, Danni has a particular fondness for turtles.
- Her favourite holiday destination is Jamaica, a magical place filled with special memories.

ESTABLISHED STYLIST

Since joining Dot Hairdressers two years ago, Amy’s career has truly flourished. She has had the opportunity to complete several outstanding courses and is currently participating in the ‘Colour Project,’ which has elevated her creativity to new heights.

She feels incredibly supported by her boss, Phill, and finds daily inspiration in the talented team around her—who have become not only colleagues but also close friends and role models.

Above all, Amy is deeply grateful to her clients. Their ongoing support means the world to her and has played a vital role in her journey and success.
